Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate foresight strategy, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotechnology, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Drive R&D investments in exponential technologies with 3-5 year market impact horizons
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotechnology
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) strongly preferred
