Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop actionable strategic roadmaps for product development and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future scenarios
- Produce trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in trend analysis or strategic innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in AI, biotechnology, climate tech, or quantum computing
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with C-suite executives and technical teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
