Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 strategic foresight reports with quantitative trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional scenario-planning workshops for 2026 market disruptions
- Design and implement early-warning systems for emerging technological shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-relevant innovations
- Present strategic vision to executive leadership and investor forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight community
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing industry foresight reports
- Expertise in horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
