Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and execution for the 2026 technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze emerging market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for technological disruption.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable architectural frameworks for future product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Design) to define technical milestones and deliverables.
- Develop predictive models to forecast resource needs and budget allocation for the 2026 fiscal cycle.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects in adopting forward-thinking methodologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, or strategic technology planning.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year strategic initiatives from conception to execution.
- Deep expertise in predictive analytics, AI integration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams through periods of rapid change.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
