Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with 12+ years of experience
- Proven track record leading multi-year innovation initiatives in tech or advanced industries
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market analysis
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across R&D, product, and marketing domains
- Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into executable roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $10M
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and stakeholder management
