- Manage a $15M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis
- Champion agile methodologies to accelerate prototyping and market validation
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
