Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruption
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech solutions
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and executive teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-7 year impact
- Develop KPI frameworks measuring innovation ROI and competitive advantage
- Present strategic proposals to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor innovation lab teams in agile methodologies and future-proofing techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Proven track record of scaling transformative initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, biotech)
- Strong business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- PhD or equivalent in technology, engineering, or business strategy preferred
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CII) required
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or future studies
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
