Responsibilities

- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives

- Champion emerging technologies through pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage cross-functional innovation task forces
- Monitor global R&D landscapes and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or biotech trends
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
