Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.

- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams through complex product lifecycles.

- Technical Aptitude: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum) and technical architectures.
