- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to align vision and resource allocation.
- Innovation Incubation: Lead internal innovation sprints to prototype and validate high-impact technologies for future product lines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and internal staff.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth transition into future operational models.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing long-term strategic plans and successfully executing them within a competitive market.
