- Mentor innovation lab teams in agile methodologies and future-proof design thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI frameworks, or biotech convergence
- Track record of launching products/services with 3+ years of market foresight
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy (PhD preferred)

- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for multi-year innovation programs
