Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives and emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate and scale disruptive technologies across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Drive strategic partnerships with startups, academia, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and secure executive buy-in for major initiatives
- Mentor innovation teams while fostering a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy, innovation, or product leadership with proven 10+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech) and their market implications
- Track record of launching global initiatives with measurable impact on business growth
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for strategic initiatives
- Strong presentation skills for executive stakeholders and board audiences
