- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen carbon sequestration and waste reduction systems
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and scale eco-innovations
- Drive ESG compliance and reporting frameworks for emerging technologies
- Manage stakeholder relationships with government agencies and sustainability consortia
- Lead cross-functional workshops on sustainable product lifecycle design
- Monitor global regulatory shifts affecting sustainability innovation
- Present breakthrough strategies to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Sustainability (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in sustainability leadership with proven 2030-goal implementation
- Expertise in circular economy principles and life cycle assessment
- Strong background in renewable energy systems integration
- Certification in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Demonstrated success in scaling sustainable technologies from concept to market
- Proficiency in sustainability analytics tools (e.g., SimaPro, Enablon)
