Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-availability, distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the integration of AI-driven predictive models into core infrastructure, ensuring real-time optimization.
- Define technical roadmaps for the 2026 roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to drive technical excellence and enforce best practices in code quality and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Oversee deployment strategies, ensuring zero-downtime transitions for critical global services.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their integration into backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Rust, Go, or Python.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving environments.
