Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and neuro-interface systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects with $2M+ budgets
- Anticipate societal impacts of emerging tech through horizon scanning
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in IEEE/Nature journals
- Advise C-suite on tech ethics and regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused methodologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years experience
- Published work in quantum algorithms or neural decoding
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to Series B+
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI/neurotech (FDA, EU AI Act)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Strong background in circular economy and sustainable tech
