Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough innovations (AI/ML, quantum, Web4.0)
- Analyze emerging tech landscapes to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present futuristic roadmaps to stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive R&D investments in next-generation technologies with 5-10 year impact horizons
- Mentor talent in futuristic thinking methodologies and exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in launching transformative tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario-building capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
