Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap development for 2026-era technologies including quantum computing, advanced AI, and next-gen cybersecurity
- Architect and execute proof-of-concept projects for emerging tech innovations
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct deep-dive research on technology trends and competitive landscapes
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic systems, or decentralized tech
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities with measurable impact metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
