Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (2026-2030) including quantum applications and generative AI
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to commercialize emerging technologies
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products/services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and future trend forecasting
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO Leadership)
