Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI-driven solutions for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Define technical standards, coding practices, and security protocols for future-state technology stacks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our business strategy.
- Optimize system performance, latency, and scalability for high-volume AI workloads.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading AI or machine learning initiatives.
- Proven experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI models, LLMs, and natural language processing.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
