Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop 3-5 year implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Develop strategic partnerships with global research institutions and industry leaders
- Create predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption scenarios
- Present futuristic vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026-ready solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
