Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-secure infrastructure and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional sprints prototyping next-gen human-AI symbiotic interfaces
- Forecast market disruptions in synthetic biology and climate-tech convergence
- Architect ethical frameworks for sentient AI governance and digital sovereignty
- Partner with governments on policy frameworks for 2026 tech regulation
- Present findings at Davos and TED-style global innovation summits
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging technology ethics and implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum applications
- Experience scaling tech startups from Series A to IPO (3+ exits)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals (Neurotech, Quantum, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Portfolio of implemented solutions impacting 1M+ users
- Security clearance for federal innovation projects
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
