Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 10-year technology vision aligned with global innovation trends
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, bio-integrated systems, autonomous infrastructure)
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and quantum algorithm development
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive patent strategy for emerging technologies with commercial viability post-2025
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board members for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Published research in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching at least one breakthrough technology product
- Deep expertise in technology ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies preferred
- Experience securing >$5M in R&D funding for innovative projects
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
