As a key member of our Future Labs division, you'll collaborate with world-class researchers, product teams, and enterprise partners to incubate next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, sustainable tech, and immersive experiences. You'll shape our 5-year technology roadmap while maintaining agile execution capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive innovations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Drive adoption of futuristic technologies through pilot programs and stakeholder education
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Author thought leadership content and patent disclosures for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable energy systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market forecasting and scenario planning
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-level decision-makers
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Experience securing $1M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
