Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, spatial web) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps
- Architect prototype solutions using next-generation frameworks (Web5, decentralized systems, generative AI)
- Produce quarterly technology horizon reports with actionable recommendations for product development
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to validate future-facing concepts
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor R&D teams in implementing cutting-edge technologies
- Present technology forecasts to executive leadership and investor forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with specialization in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in implementing future-focused solutions (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (papers, patents, or keynotes)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester)
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
