Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4.0) with 2026 implementation horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and competitive threats
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global tech forums
- Drive innovation through hackathons and incubation programs
- Ensure all initiatives align with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Published work or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
