Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 2026 implementation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints to prototype next-gen digital solutions
- Deliver strategic briefings to C-suite executives on future tech adoption strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on 2026 tech paradigms
- Build and maintain a global network of technology pioneers and research institutions
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proof features into current offerings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact (e.g., published forecasts)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: generative AI, Web3, or neurotech
- Strong background in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ tech predictions that materialized
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
