As a key member of our Future Strategy Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and industry disruptors to translate technological trends into actionable business opportunities. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and long-term growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030, identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate market shifts and competitive threats
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into development pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present quarterly futurist briefings to executive leadership and investors
- Author thought leadership content on technological evolution and industry disruption
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in trend analysis and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on emerging tech trends
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong presentation skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
