Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-functional sprints on metaverse infrastructure and neural interfaces
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to deploy 2026-ready tech frameworks
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech design
- Mentor a 15-person R&D team specializing in post-silicon computing
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation grants through DARPA and NSF partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Quantum Physics with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum systems to production
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science on future tech implications
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Clearance for government-contracted R&D projects (preferred)
