Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the 2026 Technology Vision Roadmap, identifying key disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop and present strategic foresight briefings to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of technology pioneers, academic researchers, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers positioning the company as a 2026 innovation authority
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for emerging technology adoption and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years experience in technology forecasting, R&D strategy, or innovation management
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong presentation and communication skills with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of global technology policy and ethical implications of emerging innovations
- Published author or speaker at major technology conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
