- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future tech paradigms
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite executives to align corporate strategy with future trends
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy discussions
- Mentor junior futurists and build innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
