Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation with market disruption goals
- Pioneer industry standards for 2026's ethical AI frameworks
- Develop patent portfolios for next-generation human-machine interfaces
- Mentor emerging talent in our future-tech incubator program
- Present strategic foresight at global tech summits and industry forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Futuristic Systems (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in emerging tech R&D with 3+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum or AI advancements
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in human-computer interaction and neuro-ergonomics
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, or Rust)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
