Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating next-gen innovations (quantum AI, biotech interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future tech adoption pathways
- Author thought leadership publications on tech evolution and market disruption forecasts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype 2026-ready solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and their impact on industry ecosystems
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership on technological evolution trends
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation initiatives
- Deep understanding of exponential technology adoption curves
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
