Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology strategic vision aligning with market evolution and emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems and neural interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year adoption trajectories
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible automation
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure $50M+ innovation funding for future-tech incubation
- Pioneer patent-able solutions in bio-digital convergence and ambient intelligence
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-proof coding methodologies and adaptive systems
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/AI with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with $100M+ impact
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and neuromorphic architectures
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Deep understanding of blockchain 3.0, AGI safety protocols, and carbon-neutral tech
- Fluency in at least 2 programming languages (Python, Rust, or equivalent)
- Experience securing DoD/EU Horizon Europe grants for future-tech initiatives
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations in human-machine symbiosis
