Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
- PhD or equivalent in relevant technical field (preferred)
- Presentation skills capable of inspiring non-technical stakeholders
