Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology forecasting and roadmap development for 2026-2030
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Design and implement innovation frameworks across product, engineering, and marketing divisions
- Present technology trend briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional teams executing experimental R&D initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, patents, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or space tech
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
