Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to incubate breakthrough products with 3-5 year market impact
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present visionary briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D budget allocation for emerging technologies
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with proven future-vision execution
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies (2018-2023)
- Experience scaling R&D from concept to commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with demonstrable industry impact
- Portfolio of projects with 5+ year horizon planning
