Responsibilities
- Map and analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Produce scenario-planning models addressing geopolitical, economic, and technological disruption vectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-state opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry summits
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, circular economy, biotech)
- Advanced certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, CSF)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
