Responsibilities
- Architect Future Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures for generative models and autonomous agents intended for the 2026 market.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing to enhance system efficiency.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of large language models to ensure peak performance and minimal latency.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of top-tier data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for the company's AI products, aligning development milestones with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Collaboration: Partner with product management and engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into market-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in advanced AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record in Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, or Computer Vision.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving high-impact, high-complexity problems.
