Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps using trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce quarterly foresight reports on technological and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact decision-making
- Mentor junior futurists and establish foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS) preferred
