Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-fidelity 2D motion graphics and micro-interactions for web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX researchers, and frontend developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
- Optimize animation assets for maximum performance, scalability, and compatibility across all devices and browsers.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions and validate creative concepts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, motion graphics, or UI animation.
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a mix of commercial projects and experimental motion work.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
