Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models optimized for the specific challenges of the year 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate hybrid classical-quantum algorithms into production pipelines.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous safety and alignment protocols.
- Mentor a team of high-potential engineers and define best practices for future-proof codebases.
- Conduct research into emerging paradigms such as Neural Symbolic AI and Neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical solutions.
