Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning models and pipelines tailored for the 2026 tech stack, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with data scientists to optimize inference speeds and reduce latency in real-time applications.
- Oversee the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, from data ingestion to model serving and monitoring.
- Drive innovation in Generative AI applications, focusing on hallucination reduction, safety, and ethical AI usage.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high technical standards and architectural integrity.
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable technical requirements for product and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLMs, and vector databases.
- Experience architecting systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams and edge computing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
