Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI capabilities, identifying emerging trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics to maintain a competitive edge.
- System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and data architectures that can handle billions of data points with zero latency.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of proprietary AI models, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and ethical compliance.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and ethicists to translate complex technical requirements into actionable product features.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software engineering or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Proven experience in building and deploying LLMs.
