Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable machine learning pipelines and generative AI models for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead technical strategy sessions to identify emerging AI trends and implement them into our stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing infrastructure for high-performance inference and model training efficiency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and model governance.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on advanced AI architectures.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs (Large Language Models) or Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database design.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
