Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines designed to scale to 2026 standards.
- Lead Strategic Roadmaps: Define the technical vision for our 2026 initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and ethical AI standards.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Push the boundaries of transformer models and reinforcement learning to achieve unprecedented accuracy and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and bridge the gap between theoretical research and production deployment.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data in our decentralized cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex, multi-year projects.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex architectural challenges and innovate under pressure.
