- Establish ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-tech into corporate strategy

Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in deploying production-grade AI systems (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum, AR/VR)
- Strategic planning experience with 3-5 year horizon
- PhD in CS/Engineering or equivalent technical leadership
