As a pioneer in responsible AI development, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, neurotech engineers, and global policymakers to define ethical frameworks for autonomous systems, synthetic biology, and decentralized networks. You'll influence product roadmaps, conduct impact assessments, and lead cross-functional initiatives that will define the next generation of human-machine collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for AI/ML systems deployed in 2026 product roadmap
- Conduct preemptive risk assessments for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of technological investments and M&A opportunities
- Lead stakeholder workshops with regulators, academia, and civil society to establish industry standards
- Architect 'Human-Centric Tech' certification protocols for new product launches
- Proactively identify ethical blind spots in R&D pipelines and propose mitigation strategies
- Represent company at global tech ethics summits and policy forums through 2025-2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years applied ethics experience
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global tech governance frameworks
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 companies on responsible AI implementation
- Published research on existential risk mitigation or value alignment in AGI development
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex ethical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with scenario planning for technological discontinuities (e.g., quantum supremacy)
- Strong network with academic bioethics and AI safety research communities
- Proficiency in conducting ethical impact assessments using structured frameworks (e.g., EA, RRI)
