Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive ethical frameworks for AI systems deployed in 2026 technology landscape

- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI lifecycle management
- Lead cross-functional working groups on AI governance and regulatory compliance
- Create educational materials on responsible AI practices for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI and adapt frameworks proactively
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/Master's) in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, machine learning governance, or tech policy
- Deep expertise in ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum computing
- Strong background in regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Experience collaborating with diverse technical and non-technical teams
- Published research in AI ethics or related field preferred
- Knowledge of 2026 technology landscape trends (neurotech, quantum AI, etc.)
