Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulatory landscapes (OECD, NIST frameworks)
- Proven track record in developing organizational AI ethics policies
- Strong background in responsible AI or algorithmic auditing
