Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI models
- Conduct bias audits and algorithmic impact assessments across product development lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees with engineering, legal, and policy stakeholders
- Design transparency protocols for AI decision-making processes and user-facing disclosures
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for ethical compliance and model drift
- Create enterprise-wide training programs on responsible AI development practices
- Represent company at international AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology roles
- Expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Experience implementing bias mitigation techniques in ML pipelines
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies with diverse stakeholders
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Proficiency in Python for algorithmic auditing and fairness metrics
